TYPE OF FINANCING

It is non-real estate lending for tiny homes amortized over up to 240 months (20 years). This is not a mortgage; it is considered an open RV loan. It is similar to buying a personal vehicle with a much longer term which creates lower monthly payments. Interest rates will depend on current market (approximately 8 to 11%).

ELIGIBILITY

Having a good credit profile is important. The general minimum requirement would be 700+ credit score. An income is required to support the loan. Down payment of 25 - 30% of the tiny home price is required. You can discuss all this with the Financing Specialist.

FINANCING PROCESS

You submit an online application which is immediately emailed directly to the Financing Specialist who will contact you soon after. They will require your driver's license and 2 recent pay stubs. Once these documents are received and your credit profile reviewed, the Financing Specialist will contact lenders to get your submission approved. There will be a hard credit pull before documents are sent to the lenders for approval. Turnaround time for approval response is within a few days to a week.
